Big Honking Car Carrier Ship
Cars are tied down on the decks of the Morning Lisa docked at Terminal 6 on the Oregon side of the Columbia River, the largest vehicle carrier operating today on it’s first visit to the United States. The ship is 232.37 meters long overall, and has a capacity to carry 8,000 cars. This cargo of Hyundais and Kias will be unloaded first in Portland and then on to Tacoma and finally to New Westminster Canada.
